Rental Villa Trullo Alice - Les Pouilles, near the sea

The interior offers the comfort of modern life combined with a charming relaxing atmosphere that will immediately make you feel at home.

Interior: the distribution is organized between two houses: the original trullo and a contemporary villa.
A covered terrace runs the length of the villa's facade and offers access to three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite shower room. These rooms are only accessible from the outside and do not communicate with each other. Another set of French doors leads to the modern kitchen / dining room, which also gives on the other side of the house and communicates seamlessly with the outdoor dining area. The kitchen also offers a comfortable sofa and a TV. The floor is of light colored stone; and the equipment and facilities are of superior quality.
A path leads from the trulli villa that has been restored with careful attention to detail. A multitude of original features have been preserved to stay true to the history of the building. It is accessed by a shaded outdoor living area that invites itself into a cozy living room with a fireplace. On one side, a small kitchen (ideal for preparing breakfast) and an elegant bathroom with a double sink and a bath with shower. On the other, an office with sofa and two bedrooms: a double and a single each with their own access to the garden. Quality fittings and equipment perfectly complement the brightness of the original stone walls.

Outside: The Trullo Alice has been designed to take advantage of summer and the outdoor spaces multiply the ways to rest, take your meals or have fun. The lawns, delimited by traditional dry stone walls, are wonderfully maintained and feature a variety of fragrant Mediterranean shrubs and many ancient olive trees with unique shaped trunks. On one side of the villa is a large shaded terrace and on the other, also accessible from the kitchen, a large shaded al fresco dining area served by an integrated barbecue, but also a relaxing pagoda, not forgetting the mesmerizing pool. Magnificent views extend from the surrounding countryside with the Adriatic Sea in the distance.
A gravel path leads for about twenty meters through irreproachable lawns to the comfortably furnished terrace and conducive to the indolence of the trullo. Its gently floating curtains and white canvas roof offer a welcome rest under the relentless afternoon sun and a dream location for breakfast.
